Overview
Returning items must be unused, unwashed. Full-priced items purchased on ARMANI INTERNATIONAL may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Shipments must be returned with a RMA number issued by Armani International.
Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. The delivery window begins once an order is accepted and processed. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping & Delivery
To offer you the best service and ensure fast domestic and worldwide deliveries we ship with USPS and FED-EX. Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination, and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 – 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Important Delivery Information
We recommend that you consider the following information:
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
– Only USPS deliver to P.O Boxes or use General Delivery
– Fed-EX does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery
If USPS or Fed-EX does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package one or two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
Fed-Ex or USPS does not deliver on Holidays.
Free Shipping
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.
First Time Orders
For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently.
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
